Multi-User Administrator Reports

Launched February 11, 2010

We have enhanced the report capabilities for Multi-User account administrators, improving the reports page and adding new options. To see information about your account and the viewing patterns of your groups and users, log in to your Multi-User account and click View Reports under Multi-User Admin Account. The reports available are divided into tabs labeled Account Reports, Usage Reports, and My Favorites.

Under Account Reports, you'll find the reports for License Summary, User List, Users Online, and a brand-new report: History of Emails Sent. Under the Usage Reports tab, you'll find reports for Course Ranking, Movie Ranking, Group Usage, User Usage Summary, User Usage Details, the new Certificates of Completion report (which lets you see which courses your users are currently watching or have completed), and Total Usage Graph. Click on any of these reports to see it displayed. Refine your report details by choosing which groups or users you want included or by changing the range of dates, and sort by clicking on any column header.

My Favorites is a place to access and customize the reports you use most often. Open a report, click Save to Favorites, give it a name, and adjust the range to your preferences. Every report now has a Print button, which opens a printable version of the report. You can export in Microsoft Excel or CSV format. We hope you find the enhanced Multi-User administrator reports useful.

Manage Emails

Launched October 07, 2009

Using the new administration interface, you can choose from existing email templates or easily create fully customized email templates to provide specific information to an individual user or group of users. For example, create an email and include a link to new courses, send out reminders to those who haven't logged in during a certain timeframe, or create custom emails to remind users of their email and password. The system is HTML based, so rich HTML email documents are easily created using your own formatting and graphic elements.
